WestFax Brewing Company will release a limited run of 16oz cans packaged in 4-packs this coming Friday, February 22nd. The local Colorado brewery will release two flagship beers in their own respective cans: Tears of Our Enemies a Scottish Ale as well as a second release of their hazy IPA Urban Lumberjack. Both of these beers will be available on draught and for can purchases inside their taproom (6733 West Colfax Avenue) starting at 2PM on Friday. This will be a limited run of 100 cans of each beer. Tears of Our Enemies | Scottish Ale: A light brown Scottish Ale with aromas of subtle fruit combined with a toasty malt character followed flavors of caramelized sugar and toasted bread and finishes with a pleasant warmth. ABV 7.1%, IBU 31. 4-packs will be $13 each.
Urban Lumberjack | Hazy IPA: This hazy or New England style IPA has 6 hop varieties primary flavors from Citra, Azacca & Eldorado hops with Amarillo, Simcoe and Mandarina adding additional subtle flavors. This IPA is juicy and tropical with notes of orange, nectarine, and mango. ABV 6.5%, 67 IBU. 4-packs will be $14 each.
WestFax Brewing, located in Lakewood, Colorado, plans to do a monthly 16oz can release throughout 2019.
