Zicke, zacke, zicke, zacke, hoi, hoi hoi! In early August, Fat Head’s Brewery will release Oktoberfest Lager, a Bavarian Fest Bier with a chestnut red color from imported German malts. Featuring aromas of toasted grains with a crisp, crackery malt flavor which is balanced by German noble hops. Smooth and highly drinkable. Available on draft and in bottles for a limited time only. Der Gemütlichkeit.

Spooky Tooth Imperial Pumpkin Ale will be available this September on draft and in bottles from Fat Head’s Brewery. This limited, seasonal release has a deep amber color with aroma of sweet pumpkin pie and savory spices with hints of sweet malt. Rich and creamy with a chewy mouthfeel that you can sink your teeth into. Flavors of pumpkin up front then sweet malt, pie crust, spices, hints of brown sugar and a clean finish. Stopped just short of the whipped cream — but we like the way you think.

Fat Head’s Brewery began full-scale production in May, 2012. Fat Head’s got a head start in Pittsburgh in 1992 as a restaurant and premier taphouse. In 2009, they teamed up with brewer Matt Cole to open Fat Head’s Brewery & Saloon in North Olmsted, OH. The new production facility in neighboring Middleburg Heights, OH was built in response to overwhelming customer demand. Fat Head’s Brewery distributes their award-winning ales and lagers throughout Ohio, Indiana and Western Pennsylvania. For more information, visit fatheads.com.
