Evans Brewing Company, Inc. Announces The Release Of A Russian Imperial Stout, “Stout At The Devil”

Evans Brewing Company (OTCQB: ALES), a producer of award-winning craft beers and owner of The Public House restaurant and tap room in Downtown Fullerton, CA, has announced the release of “Stout at the Devil,” a Russian Imperial Stout. The current release is out in kegs but in the coming months will join Pollen Nation, KrHOPen IPA, Chocolatte Chocolate Porter and Oaklore Brown Ale as a year-round offering.

“Stout at the Devil is a particularly exciting beer for me,” stated Kevin Hammons, director of brewing at Evans Brewing Company. “It is the first recipe I created since joining Evans. We maxed out our mash tun with as much grain as we could, resulting in a monster 9% ABV beer using 5 different malts and flaked oats for layers of complex flavors and a bold body,” he continued.

“Stout at the Devil is deep black in color, big and bold in flavor, with notes of chocolate, coffee and dark fruit, and has a rich, warming alcohol finish. It’s in-your-face and strong, while still being balanced and drinkable,” concluded Ken Hammons.

Stout at the Devil will be available at The Public House by Evans Brewing Company as well as select on-premise retailers in Orange County, CA. Soon thereafter, 22 oz. bottles of Stout at the Devil will be added to the Evans line up as the 5th year-round offering in 22 oz. bottles.
