Introducing our summer seasonal, Scoundrels & Wookies, a Triticale Saison. We brewed our saison with New York grown triticale, malted by our friends at Pioneer Malting, to create a medium bodied beer with a spicy backbone to compliment pear, clove, and white pepper notes. A sessionable ABV allows the flavors of the French Saison yeast and NY triticale to shine through.
