The annual release of Sockeye Brewing’s Fresh Hop Double Dagger Imperial IPA is here! This is a very limited batch of beer and is now available on tap and in 12oz cans at Sockeye Grill and Brewery on Cole road in Boise, as well as at specialty beer stores. This big beer is our flagship Dagger Falls IPA with twice the hop additions, making it an intense, hoptastic experience. It blends perfectly a sturdy Vienna and Idaho pale malt backbone with over 200lbs of fresh whole cones of Cascade, Simcoe and Chinook hops from Wilder, Idaho complimenting the richness with fresh, green hop aromas and flavors. The enormous hop intensity is equally represented from start to finish. A long time Sockeye favorite, this beer is a hop lover’s dream. And because we live in Idaho’s Hop Heaven, you know we wouldn’t have it any other way. Don’t pass by your chance for a pint or purchase of the cans because this batch won’t be around long!
