Big Boss Brewing enters South Carolina

Raleigh, NC- After building the brand across their home state, Raleigh’s Big Boss Brewing steps outside North Carolina for the first time and into the great state of South Carolina.  Big Boss has signed on with wholesalers in Charleston, Columbia, Greenville, and Rock Hill to deliver the diverse line-up of Big Boss brews south of the border.

The company will focus on a core line-up of Bad Penny Brown Ale, Hell’s Belle Belgian Ale, and High Roller India Pale Ale as well as all seasonal selections to include Harvest Time Pumpkin Ale and Aces & Ates Coffee Stout.

“We intend to build the Big Boss brand in South Carolina the same way we built North Carolina: by employing local representatives who live in the communities we serve,” said owner Geoff Lamb.

About Big Boss Brewing Established in 2006 by Geoff Lamb and brewmaster Brad Wynn, the company completed fermentation and conditioning expansion at the end of 2013.  In 2014, brewers have taken their creativity one step further by expanding the company’s bourbon, wine, and tequila barrel-aging program and placing two 100barrel oak foedres in place for a sour beer series and other long-term projects.  Big Boss is the host of Casktoberfest, North Carolina’s largest cask ale festival held in October.
