Beginning Saturday September 15th, Due South Brewing Company will be bringing in Savoury Eats as its permanent food option at its Boynton Beach taproom.

The food truck will operate its kitchen every day that the brewery is open to the public, providing a rotating menu of globally inspired cuisine including lunch, beer pairings, dinner, and Sunday brunch. In addition, Due South Brewing Company will open earlier at 11 a.m.

Savoury Eats will provide the convenience of online ordering and offers unique payment options like Bitcoin. Chef Royal Gunter is a classically trained chef with southern roots from Atlanta Georgia. He has worked alongside Master Chefs, James Beard winners and Michelin Star Chefs to provide the ultimate fine dining experience.

Savoury Eats believes in a sustainable future by using biodegradable products and building a self-contained food truck with a low carbon footprint.

“Looking to offer more to our guests, we wanted to collaborate with a venue that would compliment our craft,” chef Gunter explained. “Breweries have been well received, especially in Boynton Beach, and that was when we knew Due South Brewing was a match. By offering an award winning craft beer selection, they pair perfectly with our rotating menu while providing a relaxed environment of entertainment in a unique warehouse space.”

“Savoury Eats has consistently been one of our highest rated food trucks by our customers,” said Doug Fairall, Due South’s Brand Marketing Manager. “We are looking forward to having the incredibly varied dishes from Chef Gunter available for lunch and dinner. From Taco Tuesdays, to brunches, to multi-course beer dinners and beyond, it’s going to be a great time to enjoy great food and great beer at Due South.”
