Our winter strong ale has a gorgeous mahogany hue, a hint of hazelnuts, and a finish reminiscent of mocha and toffee. No spices, just a perfect blend of five specialty malts. This 8.3% ABV beer was massive when we first released it in 1997, but Founder and Brewmaster Adam Avery still decided to put it in a 6-pack as a holiday gift to Avery fans.

Now “Old Jube” feels like an old friend coming home for the holidays! It’s the perfect winter warmer to get into the festive spirit, and the 8.3% ABV helps take the edge off at awkward holiday gatherings!
