Beautifully tart, this is a light-bodied and refreshing Berliner-style Weisse ale. With a firm lactic acid presence, the brew is simple and approachable, often dressed up with a sweet woodruff syrup, but perfectly enjoyable on its own. Like drinking a cold and carbonated glass of lemonade, Tower 23 is both tart and sour, with a lemony-citric fruit sharpness and little hop bitterness. Perfect and quenching on a warm spring day.
