Back Beat Pils | Millstream Brewing Co. Amana, IA

This brew is a citrusy take on our traditional German Pilsner. We start with 100% Pilsen base malt and add flaked rye to give it a hint of spiciness. Sorachi Ace and Amarillo hops are added and then we dry hop it with Sorachi Ace hops again to give it that lemon citrusy flavor that makes it stand out. 5.3% ABV
