Farmer Wirtz | Bonfire Brewing Eagle, CO

Farmer Wirtz IPA is brewed with fresh, Colorado-grown Chinook and Nugget hops for a bold, flavorful taste and more IBUs than you can shake a stick at. At our taproom in Eagle, hops have been climbing to the rooftop since 2011, harvested each year by the hands of brewmaster and co-owner Matt Wirtz. The first yield from the taproom hop crop gave birth to the original Farmer Wirtz IPA recipe, and was such an instant hit that the Farmer himself was immortalized on the can.
