It’s that time of year again, kiddos, when the temperatures outdoors rise while the temperatures inside fermenters drop. That’s right, it’s time for all you bottom fermenting fans to rejoice as we announce the return of Austin’s own most popular Saccharomyces uvarum event, Lager Jam.
Just like all our favorite beverages emerge from their long secondary cold conditioning, we return from these long cold wet days ready to satiate our thirst with our city’s finest crisp, nuanced, delicate, dynamic, and satisfying lagers.
Join us for this year’s only opportunity to taste the top bottom fermented brews Austin has to offer as we present 20 unique specialty lagers from 11 of Austin’s most prestigious breweries, poured on the welcoming patio and parking lot of our friends Billy’s on Burnet on June 27th, from 1-5pm.
Ticket packages are on sale now and include a limited edition Lager Jam 2 pilsner glass, an onsite screen printed t-shirt from Fine Southern Gentlemen featuring all new Lager Jam art by Dusan Kwiatkowski, and three Lager Jam pours, all for only $25 (plus service fees). A limited number of glasses ($5), shirts ($15), and beers will be available a la carte for pay as you go while supplies lasts on the day of. Ticket packages are limited and sold out last year, so act fast.
