Portsmouth Brewery – Brewing with Botanicals

On Monday May 13, we’ll be hosting a Brewing with Botanicals seminar with Head Brewer Tyler Jones and John Forti, Curator of Historic Landscapes at Strawbery Banke.  The event will feature an array botanical-culinary knowledge as well as a tutored tasting of Puddle Dock Porter.  The beer, brewed with molasses and museum-grown ginger was brewed in conjunction with Strawbery Banke’s “Tapping Portsmouth: How Brewing Shaped our Community” exhibit which runs from May 1-October 31.
