Perhaps it was Seattle’s reputation for gloomy, rainy weather that allowed Machine House Brewery’s Bill Arnott to realize what kind of brewery would fit in–a brewery serving English style cask ales. Machine House offers a line-up of cask ales that would fit into a pub in London as much as it does in the Emerald City.
