Amelia Camp Stefanac has been enjoying craft beer responsibly for the entire decade she’s been able to (with a brief hiatus during her recent initiation into motherhood). She has worked in the food service industry and as a Registered Dietitian, where she has seen both how much food we throw away and how much it is needed. She now works to promote composting and food waste reduction efforts within her community.
