Jester King Craft Brewery was founded in 2010 by brothers Jeff and Michael Steffing in the Texas Hill Country outside of Austin. The brothers specialize in Farmhouse-style ales, and in this video they talk a bit about their process and  their love for wild yeast and the complexities it can bring to their beer.
